Mentorship in motion.
We connect aspiring young cyclists with professional mentors, unlocking potential and building confidence, resilience, and healthy lifestyles through the power of cycling.
Why Mentorship Matters
Cycling opens doors—discipline, health, independence. But many youth don’t have access to initially get involved with the sport, or take of the sport without guidance. Spin 2 Win pairs young riders with experienced mentors who help them build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong connection to healthy living.
Cycling + Youth Development
Youth in mentorship programs are more likely to stay active long-term.
Structured support helps riders develop discipline, goal-setting, and resilience.
Cycling provides a healthy outlet during critical teen and young adult years.
Community + Social Impact
Mentorship builds connections across generations of athletes.
Mentees often return as future mentors, creating a cycle of growth.
Community-based cycling fosters teamwork and belonging in an individual sport.
Athletic + Life Outcomes
Riders with mentors gain tactical knowledge and race confidence faster.
Mentored athletes report higher self-esteem and improved academic focus.
Lessons learned in cycling — perseverance, consistency, grit — translate to life off the bike.
